We highly recommend that you request only Federal Express or Airborne for overnight shipment of your specimens. We would also request that the lab from which you have ordered contact us the day the specimens are shipped and provide an air bill number for tracking purposes. The direct number for the Andrology lab is 720-848-1888. The nursing staff would also like to be notified by the patient regarding when an order is placed and information regarding the order such as how many specimens, donor number, arrival dates, etc. This information for the lab and the nurses will ensure that your specimens are anticipated and prepared appropriately for your insemination. Please be aware that any sperm stored for more than one year is subject to an annual storage fee.
